Our cloud-based application enables employees to capture photos at residents' doors and instantly upload them to Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure and organized storage. These images, along with visit details, are compiled into professional reports that are automatically delivered to clients—keeping communication clear, consistent, and accountable.

Data Collection and Usage

At Doorstep Pro, we collect two types of information about you: personal data and non-personal data.

Personal Data

This is information that identifies you as an individual. We collect personal data when you:

  • Payment Processing:We use QuickBooks Paymentsto securely manage billing and transactions.

These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

If you would like us to stop using your personal data, you may request to have your account deleted at any time by emailing support@doorsteppro.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal data from our active records within a maximum of ninety (90) days, and we will cease all further use of it.

Please note that we may retain copies of your personal data in secure backups for legal compliance and legitimate business purposes, such as auditing, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

Each provider only accesses your data to the extent necessary to perform their services and is contractually bound to maintain strong data protection standards, including appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

At Doorstep Pro, we respect your rights and are committed to giving you control over your personal data. Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws, you may have the following rights:
